FISHING REPORT

Fishing Report for March 24, 2005:

Fishing for Bull Trout has been very good lately.  Had one or two slow days this month, but other than that have been getting some nice ones.  As the sun comes out, and the water warms up, the bulls are moving into the shallows to follow the baitfish.

Trout are a bit spotty right now, but getting one over 10lbs every 3 or 4 days.  Look for the trout fishing especially on Kootenay Lake to start picking up as our spring fishery starts, and runs into May.  The water is getting close to the 40's which is magic for trout.

Spring is in the air, and it's great to be on the water.

If your interested in some great bull trout fishing, or some big Kootenay Lake Gerrards, give me a call and I'll hook you up.
See you on the water.
