FISHING REPORT

Fishing report for May 23, 2007:

May has continued to be good fishing for big rainbows. Getting great numbers of fish to 8 lbs, and fish over 10 - 15 lbs coming in regularly.

Hair is still the go to lure. The 215 has been working well.

The big spring derby was on Kootenay Lake last weekend, and only two qualifiers were weighed in. 33 inches was the longest, approximately 16 lbs. I guess the weather was just too nice.

I still have some openings for June on Kootenay Lake, if your interested in some great spring fishing drop me a line.

I forgot to mention that the TV show that we shot last December with Columbia Country will be airing this weekend. May 26 or 27. A great show, and a great fish.
